In short#
API360 is a marketplace of APIs. Providers publish products; consumers subscribe an app to a product and call it through one gateway with one key per app. These pages describe what the platform does today. Anything that is not live yet appears only in a box marked Planned.
Where to start#
- From sign-up to your first call: an account, a key and one request.
- Consumer guides: environments, keys, quotas, errors, notifications and support.
- For providers: what a provider needs to know about versions and deprecation.
- Authentication and versions and breaking changes: the facts to look up.
Search finds any word or header name on these pages, for example api360key or X-Kong-Request-Id.
API reference#
The reference of each product (its endpoints, versions, gateway address and plans) is on the product's page in the marketplace, built from the product's own definition. It is not written by hand on these pages, so it cannot drift from the product.
A reference generated for every product version, with code samples in several languages, a try-it panel on the Sandbox key and a download of the definition.
Status and changelog#
Service status and the changelog are separate pages. Both say plainly what they publish today.
